Error Performance and Mutual Information for IoNT Interface System

Molecular communication and the Internet of Nanothings (IoNT) are emerging research hotspots recently, which show great potential in biomedical applications inside human body. However, how to transmit information from body IoNTs outside devices is seldomly studied. It well known that nervous system responsible for perceiving external environment controlling feedback signals. exactly works like an interface between internal environment. Inspired by this, this article proposes a novel concept one can use modified communicate IoNT in vitro equipments. In our proposed system, nanomachines signals via stimulating nerve fiber electrode. Then, along fibers muscle fibers. Finally, they cause changes surface electromyography (sEMG) signals, be decoded receiver. This presents framework entire through-body system. Each part also mathematically modeled. The error probability mutual derived theory perspective, evaluated analyzed through numerical results. study pave way connection vivo networks.
